Simulation Cycle
  • Hewland uses Particleworks- a specialised tool for the simulation of fluid dynamics inside a transmission.
  • Meshless CFD simulation suite utilises a novel method of simulation that eliminates time-consuming traditional mesh generation and refinement.
  • For complex moving boundary and complex multi-physics simulations, this method offers significant time saving in both simulation set-up time and processing time.

  • Dynamic combinations can be run in a single computation to simulate acceleration, braking and cornering cases and the transition between them.
